Whatever you do me hearties, join the crew or ye'll be walkin'
the plank!!
So whether it's "shiver me
timbers" or "ahoy me hearties", we want you to spend the day

treasure hunt, golf/bowl day, race day, pirate dinner/ball or
after work staff function.
Once
registered invite your
friends/class mates/work colleagues to be pirate crew
members and spend the day talking, thinking and even dressing
like a pirate while pillaging, plundering and looting for
donations of gold booty.

You can also raise additional funds by
purchasing
our great
pirate merchandise.

Childhood Cancer Support
Inc. (CCS) began in 1975 when a group
of parents with children affected by cancer demanded
better representation and support for families impacted by
childhood cancer and leukaemia.
Childhood Cancer Support Inc. (CCS) owns and manages
9 self contained family units located close to the Royal
Children's Hospital, where families stay free of charge in a
home away from home environment.
CCS caters primarily to family from regional towns who are
forced to re-locate to Brisbane for often an indefinite time
while their child undergoes treatment at the Royal Brisbane
Children's Hospital. FUNDS
RAISED FROM TALK LIKE A PIRATE DAY WILL ASSIST CHILDHOOD CANCER
SUPPORT TO FULFIL ITS MISSION STATEMENT:
'To
provide support and assistance in a non-discriminatory
